You choose a device. We build and harden it by hand. We dispatch it discreetly. We support you after it arrives. The device is the vessel; the preparation is the product. GrapheneOS is installed and verified-boot relocked, your apps work via sandboxed Google Play, VPN and eSIM are configured, and the operational layer is armed to your needs.
Step 1 — Choose your device
Pick the phone that fits your needs and budget, from the value Pixel 9A to the flagship Pixel 10 Pro, or bring your own Pixel for a Bespoke Build. Not sure which? Use the phone finder or just ask us. We would rather you bought the right one. If a specific banking or work app is essential, tell us and we will confirm compatibility before you pay.
Step 2 — We build and harden it
Every device is prepared by hand before it ships. That means:
- GrapheneOS installed and verified boot relocked against our keys.
- Sandboxed Google Play configured so your banking, maps and everyday apps work from first boot.
- Mullvad VPN keyed and an optional global eSIM provisioned.
- Encrypted messaging (Signal, Threema) set up to your preference.
- The operational layer armed per Phantom Protocol: duress PIN, auto-reboot and profile separation, to your specification.
We test the build, including your priority apps, before it leaves us.
Step 3 — Discreet dispatch
Your device ships in plain, tamper-evident packaging with tracked delivery across Australia. Orders placed before the daily cut-off dispatch same-day. Nothing on the outside announces what is inside. See the shipping policy for timings. Pay by card or Bitcoin and crypto, whichever suits.
Step 4 — Arrive, switch on, get support
Power on and you are running. Because the hard parts are already done, setup is mostly signing into your accounts and moving your number across. If you want a hand, our support team walks you through it. They are the same people who prepared your device, reachable directly. Every hardware device is backed by our 12-month warranty.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use a Privacy Devices phone?
No. The device arrives fully prepared: GrapheneOS installed, apps working, VPN and security configured. Setup is mostly signing into your accounts and transferring your number, and our support team will help if you want it.
How long does it take to get my device?
We dispatch same-day for orders placed before the daily cut-off, with tracked delivery across Australia. Bespoke or fleet builds may take a little longer, and we will tell you the timeframe up front.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. You transfer your existing SIM or eSIM exactly as with any new phone. Your number, plan and carrier stay the same.
Will my banking apps work out of the box?

How is the device packaged and shipped?
