How does a remote engagement work?
We start with a short encrypted conversation to understand your situation, agree a scope and price, then carry out the work — most of it securely online. On-site is available across Australia for sensitive deployments.
How do I pay, and can I stay anonymous?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Bitcoin / Lightning via our self-hosted BTCPay Server. Crypto lets you engage with minimal personal information.
What support do I get afterwards?
You get a direct line to the engineer who did the work via Signal or Threema. We follow up — we don't disappear once the session ends.
