Shipping Policy

Privacy Devices ships custom-configured GrapheneOS devices from Australia. Every device is individually hardened and tested before dispatch.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and configured within 1–3 business days. Each device is hand-configured with GrapheneOS and your selected privacy applications before shipping. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free express shipping Australia-wide on every order — the price you see is the price you pay. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days and already configured are dispatched same day. All domestic shipments include tracking.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment through Australia Post or the relevant carrier's website.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the buyer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
