Privacy Devices is an Australian-owned business specialising in custom-hardened GrapheneOS devices and privacy solutions. We are Australian owned and operated.

2. Products and Services

We sell pre-configured Google Pixel devices running GrapheneOS with privacy-focused software and configurations. All devices are configured by hand before shipping.

  • Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided in good faith and may vary slightly
  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice

3. Lawful Use

Our devices are designed to protect privacy and security within the bounds of applicable law. By purchasing from us, you agree to:

  • Use the device and software lawfully in your jurisdiction
  • Not use our products for any illegal activity
  • Accept sole responsibility for how you use the device after delivery

Privacy Devices bears no responsibility for unlawful use of our products by customers.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your card details
  • Cryptocurrency payments may be available — contact us for details
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

5. Shipping

  • Australian orders are dispatched same-day for orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days
  • International shipping is available to select countries
  • Shipping times and costs vary by destination
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all devices
  • Devices must be returned in original condition with all included accessories
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Software licenses (Threema, VPN subscriptions) may not be refundable once activated

7. Warranty

All devices carry the manufacturer's hardware warranty. Software configurations are provided as-is. We provide support for GrapheneOS and included software via our direct channels.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we take every measure to harden and secure our devices:

  • No device, software, or configuration can guarantee absolute security or privacy
  • We do not warrant that our products will be free of vulnerabilities, errors, or interruptions
  • Our products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Privacy Devices and may not be reproduced without permission. "Phantom Protocol" is a trademark of Privacy Devices.
