Privacy Devices ships custom-configured GrapheneOS devices from Australia. Every device is individually hardened and tested before dispatch.
Orders are typically processed and configured within 1–3 business days. Each device is hand-configured with GrapheneOS and your selected privacy applications before shipping. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days and already configured are dispatched same day. All domestic shipments include tracking.
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination:

A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment through Australia Post or the relevant carrier's website.
